Vetray operates from Türkiye. You can reach us through the contact form on this website.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, optional company name, topic and message you type. We do not collect payment details or sensitive personal data through this site.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your request and to follow up on it. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
A contact form message is delivered to our email inbox through the FormSubmit service, which processes it on our behalf. If you book a call, Calendly processes the booking under its own privacy policy.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant on this site runs in your browser and answers from the website's own content. What you type in it is not sent anywhere and is not stored.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It does not use advertising cookies. If we add advertising or measurement tools in the future, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it and update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form on this website and we will respond. If you are in Türkiye or the European Economic Area, you also have the rights described in the KVKK and the GDPR.
